For AJ1310 (round Britain), a minimum payment of 10% is required on booking, then further payments of an additional 20% by end Dec 2012, followed by the balance by March 15th. For all voyages, unless payments are received on time confirmation of the booking cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to the vagaries of weather conditions or mechanical problems, Annabel J Classic Yacht Charters can make no guarantee to the itinerary of the voyage. Resultant changes in the program including joining and leaving ports will not lead to any compensation or refund of fees. Normally, a minimum of 4 guests are required to make a voyage viable. We reserve the right to cancel voyages in case of insufficient reservations: In this case a full refund will be paid or an alternative voyage date offered.
- If during a voyage the Skipper deems that the behavior of any guest is inappropriate and may endanger the voyage or the enjoyment of the voyage by the other guests in any way, the guest will be asked to leave the boat at the next suitable port. In this case the guest in question will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.
- Cancellation:
- Cancellation by Annabel J Classic Yacht Charters: A full refund will be paid.
- Cancellation by the guest: Any moneys paid are non returnable unless a substitute guest can be found, in which case a refund will be made less an administration charge of 10% of the full charter fee .
- Health:
- If you are on any prescribed medication you must seek medical advice regarding suitable sea sickness treatments and any problems that sea sickness may cause to your medication program. It is your duty to advise us of any change to your medical fitness prior to sailing. You must advise the skipper of any on-going medication at the start of the voyage.
- Safety:
- Your safety is our No 1 priority. Our sailing vessel, its safety equipment and crew’s qualifications are approved to and above the standards required by law. You will be fully briefed on safety procedures at the start of the voyage. By undertaking this voyage you agree to abide fully with the instructions of the Skipper or duly delegated representative in all safety matters.
- Insurance
- The boat is covered by a professional insurance that includes third party liability towards passengers. This does not replace personal travel insurance. Guests must take out their own insurance to cover as a minimum: medical and personal accident expenses, personal liability, legal expenses, loss of personal effects and voyage cancellation. We recommend Topsail Insurance. Please note that the European Health Insurance card does not cover medical treatment in the Channel Isles as they are not in the EU.
- Applicants under the age of 18 years must have the written consent of their legal guardian.
- Annabel J reserves the right to amend these conditions without notice.
